Amy joined Centennial Hills Animal Hospital less than a year ago, but she has already become an indispensable heart and soul of our front desk team. As our Lead Customer Service Representative, Amy has excelled not only in providing unmatched client care but also in training and mentoring her fellow team members. She possesses a rare, untaught gift for connection.

The moment you walk into our clinic, Amy is the warm, welcoming face who remembers your name, recognizes your dog, and instantly makes you feel like a cherished member of the Centennial Hills family.

Her intelligence, talent, and natural ability to put patient care and client satisfaction above all else make her truly amazing at what she does. We are incredibly proud to have her leading our reception team and look forward to watching her continue to excel with us for many years to come!

In her own words: “I haven't worked at CHAH for a long time, but I quickly found a deep love and passion for this work. Helping all the fur babies—and the non-furry ones!—along with their wonderful people brings me so much joy. When I'm not at the clinic, I love spending time with my husband of 10 and a half years and our two smart, amazing daughters. Our home is also run by our own two fur babies: Arya, my grumpy old lady terrier, and Sully, my rambunctious golden retriever who refuses to leave her alone! I love working here and am always looking forward to seeing the next smiling face at the front desk!”
