Desiree Higgins

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Desiree graduated from Somerset Academy in 2021 and immediately joined the Centennial Hills Animal Hospital team. Over the past several years, she has truly excelled within our clinic, establishing herself as our absolute best receptionist and a premier Client Advocate.

Desiree serves as our primary liaison for all client and patient health insurance needs, masterfully navigating policies to ensure our clients can maximize their benefits and focus on what matters most—their pets' wellness. Her exceptional communication skills, unparalleled work ethic, and deeply compassionate approach make her a favorite among clients and staff alike, and she consistently sets the standard for excellence at our front desk.

Outside of the clinic, Desiree is a proud pet parent to three beloved dogs: Kobe, Frankie, and Clover. She loves traveling to Europe, exploring new cultures, and unwinding with her favorite show, The Vampire Diaries. Looking ahead, Desiree is committed to expanding her veterinary expertise and plans to advance her career by attending the Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound) program at CSN. We are incredibly fortunate to have Desiree's talent and heart at the center of Centennial Hills Animal Hospital.
