Sheldon Alexander

Sheldon grew up with a natural interest in animals, but it wasn't until after a few years of exploring different career paths that he decided to turn that lifelong passion into his true calling. Today, as a Licensed Veterinary Technician, he takes immense joy in providing every patient with the safe, proper, and compassionate care they require, no matter the situation. Sheldon is highly dedicated to the comfort and well-being of the animals in his care, and that dedication shines through in his work every day.

As his veterinary career continues to progress, Sheldon aims to specialize in veterinary dentistry. He finds dental procedures incredibly hands-on, engaging, and rewarding—not to mention the deep satisfaction that comes with turning a patient's stained teeth into a beautiful set of pearly whites!

At home, Sheldon is a proud dog dad to Churro, a 5-year-old Yorkie who is truly the sweetest boy in the world (and always an absolute gentleman whenever he visits the clinic). When he isn't at the hospital, Sheldon loves spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, playing with his girls, exploring the great outdoors, diving into video games, and practicing woodworking.

If Sheldon could be any animal, he would choose to be a sloth. The idea of living a slow, peaceful life with absolutely nowhere to rush sounds pretty amazing to him—though he admits to being a bit biased, as they happen to be his favorite animal of all time!
