Veterinary Technician in Training
Taylor is a Las Vegas native whose deep-rooted passion for animal care began right here in the valley. Growing up surrounded by dogs and horses, she knew from a very young age that her ultimate calling was to work in the veterinary field. Driven by a lifelong desire to become a veterinary technician and a profound fascination with medicine, Taylor has dedicated her education and career to mastering both human and animal healthcare sciences.
She began her professional journey at Northwest Career College, where she earned her credentials as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). After gaining two years of valuable experience in human medicine, Taylor chose to bring her refined clinical skills back to her true passion: animals. She transitioned into veterinary medicine by attending Pima Medical Institute, earning her certificate as a Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA). Never one to stop growing, Taylor has been a vital part of the Centennial Hills Animal Hospital team for the past three years, serving our patients as a Veterinary Technician in Training (VTIT). She is currently pursuing her ultimate academic goal, studying at Penn Foster to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT).
Within the clinic, Taylor's technical expertise and compassionate touch make a daily difference. She has developed a special interest in veterinary acupuncture, appreciating how holistic modalities can enhance a pet's quality of life and pain management. She is also incredibly passionate about veterinary dental cleanings, knowing firsthand how crucial oral health is to a pet's overall longevity and happiness.
